A lot of families are returning to the old days of having their older relations to live with them so why not let your relatives have their own private space and sense of independence whilst giving you peace of mind knowing they are only a short stroll away?  Our Shepherd's Huts would compliment any house and would still be distinct enough for Gran or Grandad to call their own.  Some of the options we can include into the design are a chassis that can be lowered for access ramps and bathrooms and kitchens fitted with mobility aids.
